Ron Williams is a world-class championship athlete and a leading authority in weight training, diet, and nutrition. He has been bodybuilding and competing for twenty years. Ron, while in the military, played sports on an international level including track, swimming, diving, bodybuilding, and boxing. He was a fitness coordinator and therapist at Fort Benjamin in Harrison, Indiana.

At the time, Fort Benjamin was the world's largest fitness facility for the army.

Ron started competing as a teenager 20 years ago in Germany. 

“My goal at the time was to become the best natural bodybuilder in the world.”   He has since won the titles of Mr. Natural World three times as well as the title of Mr. Natural Universe four times.

After he was crowned Mr. Natural World in 1992, Ron retired for seven years. "I began taking the Synergy Sports Lines about 11 months ago," states Ron.
